i have fair skin and blue eyes and my skin is usually clear, when ever i wear eye liner it ends up smuging after aboy an hour of wearing it. what should i do about that?

A very light pressed powder as foundation and some PENCIL eyeliner. It works great maybe some mascare if you want.
Lipgloss in a light to medium shade of pink and some Light blue eyeshadow.
this is perfect cause it is very light not heavy and gross.
and it will look good all day but you may have to reapply the gloss.

for school i normally keep it natural
first I put on maybeline Dream matte mousse and if i have a zit that needs covering I use a bit of concealer on that.
FYI) (maybeline is very good for your skin it contains minerals and vitamine E) ... i only use there foundations ect because the other products arent the best in quality.

if your eyes have kinda purpaly tones of the lid you should pat in a little bit of concealer or foundation
Quo as great eyeliner choose a dark grey colour and i also use there mascara it makes your eyes stand out if you use the right techique.
if you want for an extra WOW use a bronzer but not a shimery bronzer because then it looks like you have too much makeup on
well...i wear foundation... take the oil out of it with powder... then I wear blue eye-liner on the top of my eyes, then I accompany the eyeliner with a bit of a gold or silver or some kind of plain, but sparkly eye-shadow ONLY on the top though. then some mascara to top it off. i think this would work for you too because you have blue eyes, the blue eye liner would probably make them look really pretty! i dont wear anything on the bottom of my eyes, so that doesn't make me look really dramatic. P.S. idk if you are pale or not, but if you are, make sure you wear some blush! i hope this helped some!
revlon colorstay eyepencils are good for not smudging and it stays on GREAT. if you hav light skin and blue eyes you could try gray liner.
