Recently I posted a question about me and having Diabetes!
If you Read and answered the Question Thank You but it case you didn't these were the syptoms of Diabetes that i had:
1. I use the toilet A LOT more
2. I am a lot more thirstier
3. I lost quite a few pounds
4. I am always hungry
5. My wounds won't heal ( i got my ears pierced 14 weeks ago and they haven't healed yet and i used the ointment every night and day correctly [its my second piercing on the lobe next to my first one])
6. I have blurry Vision ( i wear glasses)
ALOT of people said i should get tested and see a doctor
but I CAN'T i haven't been to the doctors since i was born and my mum thinks im being ridiculous and so i can't get checked so what should i do!?!

The answers that say you should see a doctor and get tested are right. If that's not an option, you should go to your school nurse, or even a guidance counselor, and explain your symptoms. With any luck, he or she will be able to get the ball rolling on finding out your exact medical condition, whether it's diabetes or not. FAQs::

Maybe you could have a chat with the school nurse - she may be able to speak to your mum and assure her that you have good reasons for your concerns.

Where is your father? Won't he take you to the doctor? Talk to your school nurse. Is there another adult that you can talk to - an aunt or cousin?
Undiagnosed diabetics usually have ketoacidosis to some degree.
Do you have access to any money? If so, go to the pharmacy and buy ketone strips. Pee on the strip. If it changes colors you have ketones and you MUST see a doctor. If you are vomiting, you must see a doctor.
You likely have diabetes. Juvenile Diabetes is extremely dangerous if not treated. It can cause blindness and eventually death.

You really should be tested...which is difficult but not impossible without seeing a doctor.
Is there a health fair you could go to? Sometimes they do free testing for diabetes/other conditions at health fairs.
Or do you know anyone else who is diabetic and would be willing to let you try their glucose meter? if so, then try to test first thing in the morning, and write the results down. Then do the research and see if the results are reasonable.
Finally, is there a school nurse you could speak to? That may be an option, as well.
Good luck. At your age, it's not as likely that you are diabetic, but worthwhile to find out, just for your peace of mind.

Ask mother one more time about seeing one.
If she is not "on board", contact child services agency in your area. You may want to talk with school nurse, counser, or a trusted teacher first.
Where do you live that your mother hasn't taken you to a doctor in 14 years? In the US that would be considered child abuse or at least endangering the welfare of a child. There are so many things that could have been wrong with you!
That said, you need to convince her to take you to a doctor. If you are having these symptoms there is a chance that you are becoming diabetic. For all she knows, you could have been borderline diabetic all your life and now it's coming to ahead. There is no reason you shouldn't see a doctor. If for some reason your mother is worse than I think and won't take you to a doctor, see if anyone you know is diabetic and use their machine. If you are using the metric system, your reading should be between 4-8. If you are using a device from the US, your reading should be around 120.
Your mum is a silly woman, go to the doctors on your own and explain!
