What should i do about my devious ex?

my ex and i have a child and he always squeezes out of things... support visitations... rules... anything... but he always comes out like he is trying to be a better person to the courts... thats his excuse that he isnt given a chance... and the court buys it... the fact is he never wanted to take any chance or any responsibilities.. he lied to court about his work hours and how much he earns and he chooses his visitation when it is written in court order... now he is rescheduling the visitation days because he says he has school... i want to go to school too... everything is on hold for me beacuse of our son... and he is still doing whatever he wants... frankly i dont trust him with our son... he is only doing everything for show... he is doing everything he can to pay less support... he is harrassing me for our sons ssn. i dont think he should have that much legal rights when it comes to our son since his decisions do not make sense to me what should i tell the court...the only reason he picks up our son is because he lets his mother take care of him... and frankly i dont trust her either...

but visitations are already set... and i dont want our son to stay over his house overnight anymore... he is only 2 and i get worried everytime i call to check up on my son he doesnt answer the phone he never has even though its in the court order i can call... he gives me stipulations all the time and i hate to have to just deal with them intead of him doing it for us it shouldnt be easier on him... because now my life always has to adjust to his intead of him adjusting to us its not fair.... that after all he has done... he comes out doing everything always wanted to happen... i dont deny our son for ever seeing his father but even our son who is only two doesnt even want to go with him what should i do? u will have to get an attorney to deal with him, and attorney's are expensive. don't allow him to change the visitation, tell him no. he will do whatever he can get away with.
