Do your breasts hurt on the nipples or on the sides of your breasts???
Mine were a little tender but not that bad but I knew because I started puking constantly when I was just 2 weeks and I was really tired, and had no energy.
Well most women don't even know that they are pregnant at 4 weeks, the average for a woman knowing when is she is pregnant is around 7 weeks!....

Nipples hurt like nothing else - for me anyway!! Even the thought of it is painful lols...
