Can someone give me a couple of restaurants that sell armadillo in or around the Houston, TX area?
I am not sure about a restaurant, but a snappy cafe for Truckers along an interstate may prove as a good source for this delicious and tasty treat. The most tender armadillo steaks are the ones scraped from the trucker's tires. The cook simply runs out to the tire with a spatula and a knife to scrape off the meat - they call it tenderizing Texas style. I think you better ask for well done as it is easier to remove the tread marks in the meat. I hear it is as good as Granny's possum on the Beverly Hillbilly's! Don't worry about me, I just got out of the mental institution and armadillo steak got my salivation juices flowing! Actually, I don't have a clue where to find a place that serves it - maybe the Texans are selling them to the Chinese or Vietnamese who know how to cook anything from cat and dog to tasty coated ants! Just travel the world and I bet somewhere all your exotic cravings will be met! Houston, Texas restaurant, NO!
You can eat armadillos? Isn't that like a big rodent? I've seen purses made out of them, but chicken fried armadillo, no! Well, this might be a great diet thought. I was just ready to sit down to dinner, but lost my appetite.
You can't get it anymore...

Fog nailed it for me!
Speaking of roadkill, if you're that adventurous, take it to the next level, and cook it yourself! Ewww. (tongue firmly planted in cheek, people... )
None exist. Period. Restaurants can not serve roadkill.
