she was wearing it in a live version of hot n cold that i saw on mtv hits the other day. it was a yellow dress and came to a little bit under her butt. the bottom and bust area had like white ruffles and i think it was spaghetti straps.

i bet its custom made.. i doubt you'll be able to afford it.. unless you have a rich daddy with a credit card :P sorry...
She gets most of her clothes from Vintage stores and has them custom tailored. Plus she makes her own original one of a kind dresses so I doubt you'll ever be able to find it. Sorry, she does have great style but it's very hard to imitate.
