My cat is extremely affectionate and she wants attention like crazy, She jumps on my lap and like rubs my face with hers and she turns to her back on my lap as if I should rub her tummy,

All cats are different, but many of them like to be gently scratched under the chin and around/under/behind the ears. Even if a cat shows you its stomach, it may not want you to actually pet it or rub it there - it's an extremely sensitive and vulnerable spot for them. Rubbing/petting down the spine is good. Many cats are also touching about having their paws massaged, so if you want them to be used to it so you can trim their nails, you need to work up their tolerance for paw handling slowly and consistantly.
they LOVE to be petted on top of their head, on there back, down their chin and on their tummy. they like to be scratched on their back and on their tummy. they don't like to go out a lot and they don't like to have hair cuts. the most important thing is that your cat has to be active and needs to have ability to clime trees, fall in four legs and chew. they love to feel loved.
Cats love to be scratched on there belly. They really love to be scratched on there tailbone.
