Also, in your parades of her, her graven image, is far more huge than Jesus, and not only that, but she's placed BEFORE Jesus in your parades, while He's placed last in line, no bigger than a fist, IF He's included at all!
So just WHY do Catholics break Gods' Number One Commandment by bowing down to, and worshipping a graven image? Not only that, but of a dead woman as well?

I'm not Catholic however I do know that they do not worship Mary. They do pray to her, that is all. And while we are on the subject of breaking commandments, do you keep the 7th day Sabbath holy like the 4th commandment says you should? I'm guessing not. We do not have more festivals in honor of Mary just look in the Sacramentary. Every celebration is a celebration of Jesus.If Mary is depicting holding the Baby Jesus then ,of course the Mother figure will be spacially bigger but the Baby is central. Christ has been the main figure in every procession I've ever seen.

I'm with you! Mary is given too much priority over Jesus and God in the Catholic Faith. She did play a very important role, but she seems to be put 1st and this is wrong. Pray to God first, then ask Mary to help get the message to him if you feel you weren't able to do it yourself. However God always hears your prayers.
Because christianity is more than a one size fits all religion, it contains many gods. Even mary ones.
