my man and i have tried to have sex a couple of times now, but we seem to be having trouble. He isn't huge or anything, and i am definately turned on, and very well naturally lubricated, we fool around for ages, and both really want it, but he gets as far as putting his head in, before we can't go any further because of the pain for me. I don't get it, i am relaxed, and completely ready for it, but the pain is so terrible. It is getting frustrating and embarrasing for me. I'm 22, and have waited this long for him, and now i can't do it. We've tried 3 times already, but every time is the same, and the pain doesn't lesson. tips to make sex less painful - ICN - Interstitial cystitis :: 11 posts - Last post: Sep 25, 2005Sex is definetly less painful for me thx to these pillows. http://www.liberator. com/ *warning this site has some graphic and explicit http://www.ic-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18618HOME | I want to know will sex hurt or cause of pain to girl in second:: 8 posts - Last post: Dec 18, 2006It may or may not be painful, sex for me was actually painful the first few times, and I bled more than once. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/98439HOME |
What is up with that?
Even though sex is great, it is really over-rated.
Sex can be painful at times.
Try using KY Jelly.
its going to hurt your first time (and maybe a few times after that too).. either grin and bear it, or start stretching yourself out by using toys.. start with some smaller toys and work your way up until you can get your boyfriend in you
Could it be Vaginismus? Vaginismus is an involuntary muscle spasm at the opening of the vagina when sexual intercourse is attempted; can be quite painful and may make sexual intercourse nearly impossible. Go see your Ob/Gyn for a real diagnosis. I'm not sure if there is a treatment for this. You might just have to be "opened" before he can get in.
I've dealt with this before with a prior gf of mine. It literally took about 20 minutes before I was finally inside her because I had insert REALLY slowly. Something like an inch every two minutes.
See your doctor though to make sure this is your issue. If so, just take your time. She always knew that initially it would hurt as I tried to penetrate, but once I got her "opened" up and started to thrust, it was all good from there.
Take care.
You should talk to your doctor. I experienced some discomfort for the first few times, but after that, I began to enjoy it more and more. If you are experiencing this kind of pain, I would be concerned. It may be easily diagnosed and treated, but you don't need to let it go or ignore it. Besides, you probably want to enjoy sex and please your partner, so I would see about it ASAP. I hope things work out for you. Best of luck :)
were you a virgin when you met him? The first few times are painful and sometimes can make you bleed a little. Practice makes better - perhaps play with some smaller "toys" to get yourself use to it??
Check yourself for any STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) as sometimes these can cause pain in the vagina area (internal and external). You need to have a Pap Smear after having sex for the first time and the Dr should be able to come to some conclusion.
