Intelligent Questions tend to get less answers because many people do not want to think, and prefer to scribble out a little garbage, and move on to the next question.

I would prefer 2-3 good answers to a serious question, than a whole heap of garbage.
Because people are lazy. They want to get their 2 point very easily, without efforts.
