I'm not about to say that absolutely nothing of the sort has ever happened at any McCain rally, but the same could be said of Obama supporters at his rallies, as well. You can't control everyone. There will always be a few fruit loops.
But you won't hear a fraction of the coverage on it if it's something threatening or derogatory that is shouted at an Obama rally.
I heard a lot of stuff on the video, but not "Kill him"...thought I missed something.
