Hi,
When I click on Insert, then on Symbol Microsoft Word 2002 (SP2) gives the following error.
Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry... blah blah blah.
I have tried a repair and complete uninstall-reinstall of the Office and nothing changed.
The memory is not bad because the problem is just with that one operation, and the memory address is not the same each time, indicating that it is not a specific cell. I have tried the Character Map and that opens fine outside of MS Word, and i have entered (c) in a document and it converts it to the © symbol fine from within word.
So does anybody have any ideas of a solution?

Thank you in advance,
Charlie
