Customer Complaint = Extremely Slow to open Documents.
I have 2 computers running WinXP and Office 2003, remotely connected to a Server (SBS 2003) via Netgear Modem. One only of these computers displays this Microsoft Visual Basic Message when trying to open a Word Document located on the Server, after Virus Scan completes. Message = "The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros. OK Help." When OK is selected Word proceeds to open the document very slowly (45 secs). The other computer opens the same document immediately after the Virus Scan completes.
From my home using a similar spec computer and using Remote Access to this site, documents from the Server open immediately and without Virus Scan running and without MS Vis Basic Macro Message.

Thank you firefytr. I dont think this will provide the answers related to recent loss of document opening speed, antivirus running and the Macro message just on one machine.
