How do you change to single line spacing within your fax coversheet? I have gone to where you set the line spacing and it works in a letter, but not in my fax cover sheet.

Tracy, are you in the body of the fax, or in the To/From header?
Select the paragraphs, set to single line spacing and 0 points before and after.
If you're in a table, check whether the row height is set to a minimum.
Is your FAX cover sheet a document or a template? If it is a template, you must modify the template and not a doc made from it. If the title bar says "Document 1", it is not the template, it is a copy and no changes you make to it will affect the template.
