I am trying to open an old word document, which was created qutie a long time ago, ive now got a new version of word and it wont let me open the file. it came up with "Word cannot import the specified format. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it?"

I tried to do this, but it asked for a cd to be installed. what cd is this and is there any other way around this so i can open the file. The same error occurs with other files, but its all because they are from an older version.
