xbparitioner for 750gb hdd

Ive checked up on this alot and it seems I need a tool called xbpartioner to partition my F and G drive with 32K clusters. For whatever reason, this is impossible to find...probably becuase people incorrectly think its illegal. Im thinking because the damned acronym organizations put the fear of god in everyone. But I'm pre-law. And my law area of expertise is cybercrime. I dont know why people think these things are illegal to distribute, because they aren't. Title 18 of United States Code provides criminal and civil (under 15USC) liabilities to those who knowlingly transfer ed material without consent of the proprietor, or in the case of dvds, create software which circumvents the protection measures to prohibit said distribution. XMBC and Avalaunch aren't 100% legal becuase they are compiled using stolen source code (which falls under posession of stolen property statutes) xbpartioner is a program which creates parititon tables on a hard drive which can be read by the xbox system, and thus wouldn't fit in these groups. So I'm confused as to why it's so hard to find, becuase its not illegal. If I sound crazy or nuts its cuz I havent really slept much in the past few days becuase I am trying to get this xbox working.

Does anyone know where I can find this tool?

I am actually curious to know where did u manage to find a 750GB IDE HD which would work well in an XBOX?

XBMC source code (http://www.xbmc.xbox-scene.com/wiki/index.php?title=What_Is_Source_Code) is 100% legal and does not contain any stolen source code! Avalaunch does however like you say contain stolen source code (at least from Microsoft DVD-player, that is known). I can not give any information about XBpartioner source code.

You can however not run/execute source code 'as is', you must first compile it (ie. convert it from human readable programming-language to machine-code, ie. ones and zeros), and Xbox software like XBMC, Avalaunch and XBpartioner can only be compiled with the Xbox Development Kit (a.k.a. XDK) which can only be legaly obtained from Microsoft by approved software-publisher, and those publishers may not publicly release what they compile on the internet, they may only release it as an official Xbox game on a retail Xbox DVD disc. Thus the only thing illegal is those who obtain and use the XDK illegally, and those process of distributing the pre-compiled software executables via illegal means (ie. the internet or copies other than official Xbox game on a retail Xbox DVD disc from Microsoft approved software-publishers).

This is why we only manage the source code of XBMC (which is not illegal in any way) and do not distribute XDK compiled files/software nor do we help or approve of people helping/linking to such compiled files/software or the XDK itself.
